First visit
What actually happens
Forty-five minutes, free, no kit required beyond something you can move in. Here is the whole thing, start to finish, so there are no surprises.

Before you arrive
You book a slot and answer four questions by email: what you want back, what has happened to you physically, what you have been told by any clinician, and how many days a week you can realistically train. That is the entire intake. There is no body scan, no measurements and no weigh-in — not at the intro and not afterwards.
The first fifteen minutes
You sit down with a coach and talk. Most of it is them asking questions. If you have a discharge letter, a physiotherapy plan or a consultant’s advice, bring it — it changes what we suggest more than anything you can tell us verbally.
The middle twenty
You move. Bodyweight squats, a hip hinge with a light bar, a carry, a press, and a few minutes on a bike or rower. The coach is watching how you move, not testing you, and you can stop anything at any point without explaining yourself.
The last ten
You get a straight recommendation: which programme, how many days, what the first block would look like, and what it costs. If the honest answer is that you should see a physiotherapist before you start with us, that is what you will be told, and we will say why.
Then nothing
You leave. Nobody calls you. We send one email with what was discussed and that is the end of it unless you get in touch.
What to bring
- Something you can move in — no dress code, and nobody cares what brand it is
- Trainers with a flat-ish sole if you own any; if not, we have loan pairs
- Any clinical advice, discharge letter or physiotherapy plan you have
- A list of the movements or positions that currently cause you trouble
- Water — there is a tap and a bottle filler on the floor
- Nothing else. There is no equipment to buy and no app to download
If you are nervous about it
A large proportion of the people who book an intro tell us afterwards that the hardest part was the car park. If that is you, book a 09:30 or 12:15 slot when the floor is quiet, and say in your email that you would rather not do the tour while it is busy. We will arrange it.
Book the forty-five minutes.
It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and you will leave knowing exactly what training here would involve.
