Programmes
Five ways in
Every programme runs on a written plan with a coach on the floor. They differ in emphasis, pace and who they are built for — not in how much attention you get.
Choose your starting point
05 entriesIf you are unsure, book the intro session and let a coach tell you. Getting this wrong is the most common reason people stall in their first three months.
Foundations
Eight weeks to learn the handful of movements everything else is built on, in a small group, with nobody watching but your coach.
True beginners — never trained, or never trained properly
02Rebuild
A slow, deliberate return to training for people whose bodies have been through something, run in close contact with whoever is treating you.
Coming back after injury, surgery or illness — medically cleared
03Strength
Barbell-focused training on a written programme, with a coach who knows your numbers and changes them when the evidence says to.
Anyone who wants to get properly strong under a barbell
04Conditioning
Structured aerobic and interval work that makes hills, stairs and long days feel shorter. Hard when it should be, easy far more often than you would expect.
People who want capacity, not just strength
05Hybrid 55+
Strength, balance and capacity in one session, built around the things that decide whether the next thirty years are independent ones.
Members over 55, and anyone training for the long game
Moving between programmes
Nothing here is a track you get locked into. Foundations graduates usually move to Strength or Conditioning. Rebuild members move across when they and their coach agree they are ready, which is a conversation rather than a test. Plenty of people run Strength and Conditioning together.
Changing programme costs nothing and does not change your membership tier. Tell your coach and it happens the following week.
Not sure which one?
That is what the intro session is for. Forty-five minutes, free, no obligation, and you leave with a specific recommendation.
